

Authentic Intelligence™ is a unique and custom innovation that FIXING US has devised and developed to help clients to capture even more value, information and insights from the authentic interactions that that we gather from patients and stakeholders as part of our content creation processes.


Authentic Intelligence™ is AI-powered, using a Large Language Model (LLM) that fuses authentic patient journeys and experiences featuring healthcare professionals and other stakeholders from health systems around the world. This product and process innovation is designed to give clients greater insight into real-time authentic patient and stakeholders data, behaviours, emotions and insights – providing them special access to qualitative information in a safe and secure way.


This innovation enables clients to access deeper understanding to real-time patient and stakeholder experiences, behavioural patterns and insights from extensive footage. By excluding the finished and curated content that we create for the various diffusions, we use transcripts from patient interactions collected using methods that enhance authenticity and minimize bias versus some conventional research and focus groups, helping clients to learn from patterns of behaviours, stigmas, pain points, barriers, motivators, emotions, influences and other factors.


Authentic Intelligence™ was developed throughout 2024 in collaboration with some our leading clients to help ensure it can support multiple needs and use cases across their global teams and local markets. Launched for enterprise clients in early-2025 and provided to them as part of our deliverables, it has already found ways to support faster decision-making and processes with more reliable information to support insights-generation, faster access to information and new ‘use cases’ to support business excellence.

FIXING US is launching the much-anticipated SaaS (Service-as-a-Software) version of Authentic Intelligence™ in Autumn/Fall of 2025 to enable clients enjoy secure access to millions of touchpoints and billions of parameters from a huge database of authentic content comprising patient journeys, healthcare professionals, caregivers and stakeholders to support planning, communications, messaging and research.
